The FitBill f.Walk is a walking treadmill, designed for home or office use. This particular model does not include a set of handrails or a desk, like the LifeSpan TR1200-DT5. It’s a fairly simple, compact, and low-profile machine, featuring a led-based display. However, it is a smart treadmill and you can connect it online in order to keep track of your progress and use a few workout programs.

Deck construction
To begin with, the deck is supported by a durable steel frame. It is fairly sturdy for a light-capacity machine; it
can support users up to 220 lbs (100 kg). As we’ve mentioned above, the treadmill does not include handrails or a desk, so it’s pretty much just the walking deck.
Considering that it has a minimalistic design, the machine is not too heavy. It weighs 64 lbs (29 kg); therefore, it can be handled with ease by only one person. Plus, it rests on a set of wheels, so you can easily move it when it is time to store it away.
Speaking of storage, the unit can either be stored vertically, against a wall, or even under a bed, if there is a clearance of at least 5.5″ (14 cm). It also doesn’t require any assembly.

Motor

it is not equipped with a super-powerful motor. Its drive motor offers an output of 1.0 HP, and it integrates a small flywheel to improve motion stability.
The motor provides a speed range between 0.5 MPH and 3.7 MPH. The speed adjustment increments are 0.1 MPH; therefore, you can gradually adjust the speed until you find the perfect pace for your stride.
Evidently, since it is a motorized treadmill, it must be connected to a power outlet. It comes with a cable with a 3-prong U.S. standard plug and requires a power circuit of 110 V.
The machine itself does not have speed controls. However, it comes with a remote control which gives you the possibility to adjust the speed, as well as Start and Pause your workout. There are no quick selection controls (for the 1 MPH, 2 MPH etc speed settings); you can only increase or decrease the speed gradually. The remote is battery-powered. It requires a set of two AA batteries which are included.

The machine itself does not have built-in workout programs like regular treadmills. However, it offers smart connectivity. Differently put, you can download the FitBill app into your smartphone or tablet, and sync it with the machine. This app offers several extra features. To begin with, it doubles up the reading on the machine. It gives you the possibility to keep track of your progress online, count calories burned, etc.
The FitBill app also makes available two workout programs. The Custom program allows you to program the speed adjustments for your workout, and the machine will automatically adjust the speed if this program is in use. Assembly and Maintenance
We’ve already mentioned that this particular FitBill treadmill model does not include a handrail set, only the walking deck. Therefore, no assembly is required. You only have to unbox the unit, plug it in, and you’ll be ready to go. A booklet with usage instructions is included, but the unit’s controls are pretty straightforward.
In terms of maintenance, it is recommended to keep the belt clean, to prevent textile fibers, dirt, or any small objects to be caught into the motor. The belt requires lubrication, but the machine has its own auto-lube function, so you only need to fill up the lubrication compartment when needed.
