The Conquer 330-UDTM is an under desk treadmill similar to the FitBill f.Walk that we’ve already reviewed. It’s slightly smaller and does not offer online connectivity, but on the other hand, it cheaper and has a more powerful motor. It’s a machine intended for walking only as it doesn’t offer very high-speed settings for the belt.

Frame and deck construction
The first aspect that we must mention here, is that the Conquer 330-UDTM does not include upright posts and side handlebars such as most regular treadmills. Since it’s an under desk treadmill, it’s supposed to be used in conjunction with a desk. However, Conquer Fitness does offer a desk attachment compatible with this treadmill, but it is not included. So, in case you’re wondering, its part number is 530-AHCYLDESK.
Even though it’s a light-capacity treadmill, the Conquer 330-UDTM features a steel frame and a durable deck which is rated for a user weight capacity of 198 lbs (90 kg). The machine itself is not too heavy. Its net weight is approx. 60 lbs (27 kg). It is not extremely large either. It is approx. 54″ (137 cm) long, and 23″ (58 cm) wide, so it should fit under most standard working desks. Also, its maximum height is 5.5″ (14 cm) only, while the height of the belt is approx. 4.5″ (11.4 cm).
The machine does not have a folding design, but it can be stored vertically. Its front base is foldable and can serve as a support for when the unit is stored upright. It also has a set of wheels which facilitate its relocation.
This Conquer under desk treadmill offers a walking surface of 41″L x 16″W (104 x 41 cm) which should be enough for a wide range of users. Although the deck doesn’t have superior cushioning like other treadmills, such as the NordicTrack T 8.5 S, it does have several concealed shock absorption elements. It also rests on four rubberized stabilizers which not only prevent floor damage, they also prevent the unit from slipping if it is placed on a tile or hardwood floor. It is recommended, though, to place the machine on a mat.
One last aspect to mention here is that the Conquer 330-UDTM treadmill does not have an incline system. Its front foldable base is only meant to serve as support for storing the unit vertically, and not to add incline to the deck during exercising.
Drive motor
The Conquer 330-UDTM is a motorized treadmill and can only function if it is connected to a power circuit. The speed of the belt is remote controlled and the remote requires 3 AAA batteries which are not included.
This Conquer treadmill is designed for walking only. As we’ve mentioned above, it is equipped with a slightly more powerful motor than the FitBill f.Walk model that we’ve already covered here. Its drive motor offers an output of 1.5 HP, and it integrates a small flywheel to improve motion stability.
The motor provides a speed range between 0.6 MPH and 3.7 MPH. However, its readings are only shown in metric units, between 1.0 and 6.0 km/h. The speed adjustment increments are 0.1 MPH; therefore, you can gradually adjust the speed until you find the perfect pace for your stride.
Evidently, since it is a motorized treadmill, it must be connected to a power outlet. It comes with a cable with a 3-prong U.S. standard plug and requires a power circuit of 110 V.
The machine itself does not have speed controls. This being said, you can only adjust the speed of the belt from the supplied remote control. The remote does not have quick selection controls (for the 1 MPH, 2 MPH etc speed settings); you can only increase or decrease the speed gradually.
Since it’s a treadmill intended for use in an office space as well, not just for home use, the motor and the motion of the belt generate very little noise. The exact noise output is not specified, but as a general idea, the machine is pretty quiet. Plus, since you won’t be running on it, the sound of your cadence also does not generate too much noise.
One last aspect to mention here regards the self-stop function. The machine is set up to stop automatically after 90 minutes of continuous usage. This is a safety feature meant to prevent the motor from overheating. Therefore, in case you have been using it for 90 minutes and the belt has automatically stopped, you should allow a period of at least 10 minutes for it to cool down.
Unit display
The Conquer 330-UDTM features a pretty basic (blue) LED display. It tracks time, distance, calories, and also shows the current speed. As we’ve mentioned above, the speed reading is only shown in metric units (1.0 – 6.0 km/h), and this also stands for the distance reading (it is displayed only in kilometers).
The machine does not have a pulse reading function. It also isn’t compatible with any online fitness apps, so you cannot sync it with your smartphone or smartwatch. Therefore, if you want to track your progress online, you can use a smartwatch that counts your pace and pulse and connects to your favorite online app.
Assembly and Maintenance
The Conquer under desk treadmill comes fully assembled. Therefore, you only need to unbox it, connect it to a power outlet, add batteries into the remote control, press “start” and you should be ready to go.
In terms of maintenance, the deck should be lubricated after a while. However, it comes already lubricated from the factory so it shouldn’t need any lubrication for at least a few months. Other than this, it is recommended to keep the walking belt clean, to prevent any debris to be caught into the rollers or into the motor.
